The topic this week was originally "something interesting using crackle - because we need to use that stuff up". I tried a few things that didn't turn out so well, so I ended up with this freehand stripe design using China Glaze Black Mesh and Cracked Medallion over Gloss 'n Sparkle Decadence.
I don't hate it, but I don't love it either - it's kind of nice how the purple shines through, but it's not something I'm anxious to do again.
How are you using up your crackle polish?

DeleteMust admit I'm no fan of crackle (or magnetic for that matter), yet your golden strip has lifted up the whole design and the purple make it all so mysterious, like!

DeleteAgree cannot say I love it but then I never liked the crackels other than 2 I saw and never did buy - one was a gold metallic and the other was an aqua metallic - both by China Glaze. It might be something I would try that is if I had bought any crackles other than the 1 OPI black shatter...reminds me, need to get that out and give it to the pre-teen gals down the street.
